Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to approach the phenomenon of linguistic overlap in the Algerian Arabic press.

As a complex linguistical-social phenomenon created by linguistic pluralism and linguistic globalization, and as a linguistic reality embodied in deplorable linguistic practices that threaten the future of Arabic and prevent its ascent.

We also aim to anticipate a linguistic reality based on effective mechanisms to promote the Arabic language, avoid overlapping and polish the language of the press from both the public and the extraneous.
