Abstract EN

The article deals with three serious religious issues under the colonial policy aimed at creating chaos within Algerian society.

The first issue concerned the Cemetery of Constantine in terms of its presentation and the arguments of the Mzabis in its possession, and the end of the case after the decision of the Council of State, The second tackles the repeated French attacks on the Holy Quran workshops and councils by presenting the case and then addressing reactions to it, And attitudes that were due to the position of Sheikh Ibrahim Bayoud, position of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars and the Association of Elhayate, The third issue is the issue of raising the Athan outside the mosque in Ghardaia, where there was also a presentation and some attitudes towards it as a position of the PublicAlgeria's Wali, And the position of Sheikh Abi Elyakdhn and the rest of the reactions of others, and concludes the article with a number of conclusions on these issues and clarify the goal of the occupation raised.

L'article traite de trois problèmes religieux graves dans le cadre de la politique coloniale visant à créer un chaos au sein de la société algérienne.

Le premier numéro concernait le cimetière de Constantine en ce qui concerne sa présentation et les arguments des Mzabis en sa possession, ainsi que la fin de l'affaire après la décision du Conseil d'État.

Le second aborde les attaques françaises répétées contre les ateliers du Coran.

et les conseils en présentant le cas puis en répondant aux réactions, et aux attitudes dues à la position de Sheikh Ibrahim Bayoud, position de l'Association des érudits musulmans algériens et de l'Association d'Elhayat, Le troisième problème est celui de l'élevage de l'Athan à l'extérieur de la mosquée de Ghardaïa, où il y avait aussi une présentation et quelques attitudes à son égard en tant que position du Wali public algérien, et la position de cheikh Abi Elyakdhn et le reste des réactions des autres, et conclut l'article par un certain nombre de conclusions sur ces questions et clarifier le but de l'occupation soulevée.
