Nano particles of Mixed (PbO)1-x(CdO)x thin films were prepared by spray pyrolysis technique at a substrate temperature of 400oC.
The films deposited were 160 nm thickness.
The XRD analysis for its structural characteristic has been preformed.
The average grain size was found to be between 26 and 14 nm.
Dislocation density , micro strain and layer number are found.
It is understood that the crystallinity of PbO increases with increasing CdO Vol.%.-
