The research aimed to identify the role of the educational guide in dealing with the school crises.

The sample of the study was the educational guides in the primary and secondary schools in the province of Basrah (center) for the academic year (2018-2019) of (64) mentors and guides, The previous studies and literature consisted of (20) paragraphs and was presented to the experts in the competence of psychological counseling (8) experts to find the apparent honesty of the scale and then carried out the validity of the construction and honesty of the discriminatory paragraphs at the level of significance (0,05) (0.91) which is very high stability, and the results showed a statistically significant difference in favor of the sample members.

The educational advisor has an effective role in primary and middle schools in dealing with school crises.
