Abstract EN

Because the e-court concept's application in Jordan is considered as a judicial obstacle, so the researcher works on discussing this problem, by explaining the concepts that relate to this application, and talking about its advantages and disadvantages, hoping that this system would come out to the existence, and become a reality that can be applied and used in the Jordanian judicial system, so it can follow the electronic revolution in all its fields.

As a result for that, the researcher's study included lots of comparing with the UAE judicial legislation and presented suggested ideas that can be used when this court would be applied.

The researcher finishes with some results and recommendations which led her to that the application of the e-court in Jordan, takes an edition for the current legislations, specially the civilian courts' origins law, and adding some laws that can make a suitable environment for activating it, also, there's the importance of considering the international alike applications, in the same field and getting benefits from it as much as possible.
