International courts that specialized in human rights have a major role in the consolidation and promotion of human rights, and it have played an important role in regard of enforced disappearance and its impact on the legal personality of the individual.Enforced or involuntary disappearance is one of the most heinous crimes, as a person is kidnapped and detained unlawfully, subjected to the most severe forms of torture during the investigation and hidden from view of the world, without any Information about their fate, which leads to violating a set of basic human rights, including the person's right to enjoy the legal personality.

Through this research, we will examine the practices , cases and rulings issued by international specialized courts, regarding enforced disappearance and its impact on the legal personality of the individual.
