Abstract EN
In the light of the Covid-19 sweeping across most of the countries in the world and what it imposed in all educational institutions that have switched to e-learning instead of direct education that allows physical closeness yet may pose a threat to transmit infection.
Nevertheless, blended education appeared to solve many problems.
This study aimed at investigating the role of education quality in blended learning in the light of Covid-19 from the point of view of a sample of Helwan University students.
This can be measured through the following indicators : quality of teaching in blended learning, student interaction and engagement, clarity of goals and standards, quality of online resources, appropriate assessment, appropriate workload, student management, and overall satisfaction with the online experience.
A crucial assessment tool of the indicator is considering student’s perspectives by the Accreditation Quality Assurance Authority (AQAA).
This indicator reflects the readiness of the technological environment at Helwan University, the capacity of blended learning method on providing electronic educational opportunities, and the success of designing educational programs in occupying students and providing them with educational elements such as activities, electronic resources, electronic evaluation, communication, and live interaction in proportion to the content of the courses within the University of Helwan.
