Abstract EN

Professional unions, including the Syndicate of Social Professions in the governorate of Beni Suef, represent the main defense for the union’s members, and provide some care services to its members.

Many of the problems facing the union, in addition to the members ’complaint about the union’s neglect of them, and between the two points of view it was necessary to think about trying to find a picture to bridge the trends, and try to deal with this problem for the Syndicate to return to its primary role, which is defending the rights of members and contributing to the promotion of the profession.

The research aimed to reach “planning indicators to develop the social workers’ performance of its functions.

”The study also produced a set of results, the most important of which are : 1- Approval of planning indicators to increase social knowledge to help improve services and increase production by a large percentage.

2- Approving the planning indicators to contribute to the study of social problems and phenomena and to suggest scientific solutions to them in a large percentage.

3- Approving the planning indicators to mobilize the forces of the union’s members and organize their efforts to contribute to community service and their interdependence with each other at a large percentage.

4- Approval of planning indicators to increase social knowledge to help improve services and increase production by a large percentage.

5- Approving planning indicators to develop the services provided to union members in a large percentage (economic, social, cultural, and recreational).
