The Objective: the present study aims at knowing the main motivations that lies behind the violent between teacher and pupil .
The Instruments: The researcher applied a questionnaire about the mothers in Al-Waziriya Primary school.
The data where obtained by deriving the percentage rate for each question.

Sample of Study: the questionnaire was applied on a sample of experimental group (108) subjected to Violence Al-Waziriya Primary School.
The control group consisted of (108) of average pupils.
The total number of the sample for two groups were (216) pupils .
The Results : •There is a need for more research in connection to violence and their personality and the acceptability .
•Most of the sample subjected to violence finds the chance to attract others .
Recommendations : Through the findings of the study the researchers recommends : •To provide the suitable educational environment free of fanaticism and violence that characterized between the teacher and pupil .
•Making instructional courses for teachers to enable pupils to deal with their pupils positively .
Suggestions : •Activating the role of Teacher- Parent Counsel for its effectiveness .
•Making similar studies on the middle and secondary schools and making use this study
