This article aims to try to define the theoretical concept of organizational loyalty as an organizational phenomenon through the theoretical contents and according to its development through various time stages, starting from the classical theory, then the behavioral and the modern one, where the topic of organizational loyalty was addressed based on an analytical reading of the contents of the organizational theory that sought to address various Organizational phenomena that prevent the achievement of goals and that are related to the components of the organization in all its dimensions.
