Electronic management means carrying out the necessary services in state institutions and the private sector to meet the needs of citizens with high efficiency and effectiveness and with less costs and effort, and it differs from the traditional management that is characterized by routine and complexity of procedures as well as stopping work in the event of a crisis or natural disasters, and electronic management has emerged effectively after the Corona pandemic crisis, which imposed a state of health emergency in all countries of the world, so it was imperative that countries continue to provide public services, and with this I resorted to electronic management as a means and goal in providing services.
