Abstract EN

The civil status system witnessed remarkable legislative development, starting with law 14-08, then law 15-03, and finally law 17-03, its provisions have been embodied in improving the performance of the judicial facility by correcting civil status documents electronically, while expanding the jurisdiction of the judicial authorities to settle the problems related to them, therefore, we tried through this study to know the ability of these legal texts to achieve the idea of electronic correction of civil status documents, but what we found that the pursuit of modernization and modernization of the civil status system is still far away at the level of aspirations, despite the application of the national registry automated system of civil status, which calls for the need to create a suitable electronic environment to activate the provisions of these texts.
