The researcher aims from this humble article to reveal hidden aspects of the phenomenon of robbing and banditry in the countries of the Maghreb central and its impact on social mobility in the Maghreb central in the medieval era (Q 7-9 / 13-15 AD) and to complete the deficiencies that characterized the books of general history and an attempt by us to highlight features and contents the phenomenon and its negative repercussions on the social system of the countries of the central Maghreb and their widespread spread at the beginning of the seventh century AH, 13 AD.

the study found the extent of the fascist prevalence of the phenomenon of rape, aggression and banditry in the Bedouin community in the Maghreb central, which is in line with the weakness of the state in intermittent periods and its deep connection to the phenomenon of robbing, banditry and the material need for the emergence of these types of dealing in spite of the juristic militancy.
