This study aims to identify the most important measures adopted to redesign the organizational structure.

These procedures are based upon scientific foundations and standards adopted by organizations as effective mechanisms so that to adapt to environmental change and development in economic, social and political fields, and to cope with the fierce rivalry in providing services and high-quality products.

The new conditions urged the organizations to keep abreast of these developments by introducing necessary changes, departing from their organizational structure, which is the basis of its various operations and activities, so that it becomes more flexible to reach the objectives of the institution and adapts to all situations.

This can only be achieved by redesigning the organizational structures of the organization.
