Because of the employment policy that attracts many diverse cultures, entrenched by the social environment in which the job seeker grew up, Therefore, it resorts to adopting several strategies to re-create a culture among its users, In order to avoid conflicts, differences and violence based on the type of cultural ideologies, And to the dimensions of the organizational culture of the administrative, organizational and humanitarian dimension, A major role in establishing a good and constructive culture that will maintain the reputation and permanence of this institution, In this research paper, which aims to focus on the administrative dimension of organizational culture, To see how it affects the behaviors of administrative users in the practice of violence or not.
