اعتمدنا في هذا المقال على إعطاء فكرة حول مصفوفة المحاسبة الاجتماعية وكيفية الاعتماد عليها من أجل إجراء عمليات التحليل مع التطرق لحالة الاقتصاد الجزائري و هذا بعد عرض المفاهيم الأساسية و الشروحات حسب نظام SCEA.
إن تشكيل مصفوفة المحاسبة الاجتماعية ما هو إلا أداة ووسيلة تلخص لنا المعطيات و من أجل عمليات التحليل ( كنماذج التوازن العام القابلة للحساب MEGC) و سنقوم بعرض هذه المصفوفة و التركيز على أسس بناءها
Abstract EN
In this article we relied on giving an idea about the « social accounting matrix » (SAM ) and how to rely on it in order to conduct an analysis process and addressing the state of the Algerian economy.
This is after presenting the basic concepts and explantations according to the SCEA system.
The formation of a social accounting matri xis only a tool and méthode That summarizes the data forus.
