يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة مدى تأثير النظام الجبائي للدول على قرار الاستثمار وذلك من خلال دراسة بعض النظم الجبائية المتقاربة لبعض دول المغرب العربي و التي تتبع النظام الفرنكفوني و للإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لوصف الظاهرة المدروسة و تحليلها بالإضافة إلى المقارنة بين الأنظمة المختلفة و التي لها تأثير في جذب الاستثمارات معتمدين في ذلك على الدراسات السابقة و بعض الوثائق و القوانين و المؤشرات حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن النظام الجبائي له تأثير كبير في اتخاذ قرارات الاستثمار.
Abstract EN
The present article aims to survey the impact of Tax System of countries on the investment decision, through surveying convergent Tax System of some Maghreb countries under Francophone system and other systems that have an impact on investment depending on a set of previous studies and some documents, laws and indicators, where the study concluded that the Tax System has a significant impact in making investment decision.
