The one who reviews the legal aspect of the environment believes that the Algerian legislator has approved legal techniques that are used by the bodies active in this, to regulate the environment.

At the first glance, they have a preventive aspect, which is their use of a set of means so as not to be notified, and in the event that they are damaged, the deterrent side applies.

The importance of studying these methods is to highlight that the environmental field has a legal framework that protects it, emerging in two ways, a protective one and a deterrent one, and the characteristic that distinguishes this is the necessity of coordination between them in order for the environmental aspect to be respected and to avoid harm to it.
