Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the contribution of the human element to achieving sustainable human development in Qatar, by adopting programs and strategies to achieve the wishes of the current generations while guaranteeing the rights of future generations, away from the internal wealth on which most Arab countries depend, using the inductive description approach through which we have concluded that the State of Qatar has made significant strides in investing in human resources according to human development reports issued by the United Nations Development Program in recent years.
