Abstract EN

Peaceful protest is a healthy phenomenon for individuals to express their demands for change and for the establishment of the state of law and the separation of powers, for this reason the November 2020 constitution came as a natural response to those popular demands, according to which the constitutional founder tried to consolidate the features of the new republic that adopted a new constitutional system that simulates the French semi-presidential system, despite giants steps realized in the field of separation batween powers and because the constitutional experience is still young, the analysis of the articles of the constitution related to the issue of reorganizing powers showed some deficiencies that still exist, especially with regard to the relationship of the president of the republic with the parliament and his relationship with the head of government.
