This study discusses a topic that we think is of a degree of importance, especially in terms of cultural, intellectual and social aspects, where Arab women have suffered throughout the ages from contradictory aspects in dealing with them by Arab society before Islam, as a result of society's contradictory and negative view towards women, especially (the mother).

In spite of the political, social, and economic standing in which women lived before Islam in many historical stages, the society’s view of them was often negative, due to the tribal accumulations that established old customs and traditions, and prevented women from many of their material and moral rights, and practiced against them some Practices that we can say were extremely violent if measured by concepts denoting the concept or (term of violence).
