But it seems that this discipline has been adopted by thinkers, research centers and institutes that study International Relations.

The aim of this paper is to highlight the various scientific, methodological and cognitive aspects of this discipline, as well as to show the extent of its academic importance within the discipline of international relations because it is a real addition, and because it helps to a great extent in uncovering the ambiguity on many internal and external issues and events in international relations.

Thus, obtaining new interpretive and analytical entries in the study of the history and structure of international relations.
