Abstract EN

Algeria is working to pay attention to the agricultural sector as a way to achieve sustainable food security from all sides and bridge the food gap, and this is by working to introduce a structural balance of exports and to get rid of dependence on the outside in the field of importing consumer products and achieving food security, so efforts are multiplied to provide all the financial and material resources needed for agricultural development.

With humanity to reach the desired goals, and in order to stimulate agricultural production, I worked on developing new development strategies in order to open successful development doors through a combination of reinforcements and regulatory and legal frameworks, but the problems that the sector suffers from, whether the exploitation of productive capacities, the ence of technical supervision and guidance, poor management and organization, as well as climate fluctuations have made the performance of this sector weak.

Despite the efforts made by the state aimed at activating the role of the agricultural sector in the national economy by adopting government policies and programs for agricultural and rural renewal and plant health, the big challenge and the most important thing is to increase the productivity of one hectare of agricultural product that is closely related to food security and achieving the goal of sufficiency.
