Abstract EN

This study indicates a phenomenon that has spread more and more recently, which is, child labor in the world in general and Algeria in particular, due to its complexity and exacerbation, and despite the efforts made by various international and local organizations to combat this phenomenon and its consequences.

However, it is constantly increasing.

In this research, we tried to focus on the most important factors that led to the exploitation, violation of these children, the historical dimension of child labor, in addition to the Algerian legislator’s opinion of this phenomenon, taking in consideration the reasons behind that, and in the end; we sought to present the most important solutions to limit this crime against innocence.
