Development is considered to be one of the most important mechanisms on which nations rely to move out of the state of backwardness towards a state of progress, because it is not possible to imagine a general and global vision of security devoid of the developmental dimensions of security, therefore reducing the achievement of security solely by relying on traditional military means would lead to unfavorable results.
