This study aims to shed light on the safeguards decided by the Algerian legislator toprotect the consumer in the face of the electronic supplier in the implementation phase of thecontract, which is divided into traditional general guarantees and special guarantees createdad, and between these guarantees and those had to be on the issue of balancing these guaranteesOne of the most important findings is that, although special safeguards are devoted to electronic resources, public safeguards have an important role to play in the event that the new safeguards fail to resolve disputes, and therefore complement each other
