Abstract EN

Last several years, the relationship between economic performance and political reform are so taken into attention among Economics and Political Science scientists lately.

Like other developing countries, Algeria has committed to a program of reforms to establish a new logic of market laws and liberalization in all sectors of activity in order to improve its attractiveness to foreign and local investors.

Whereas the various analyses relative to financial sector, notably liberalization of this last, in the developing countries focus on the business climate, this research paper aims to evaluate the effect of financial liberalization policies initiated in Algeria between necessity and refrain.
