Abstract EN

The study reviewed the impact of knowledge capital on the organizational innovation of the group chiali (Sidi Bel Abbas), by applying the dimensions of social responsibility to the knowledge resources of the group.

The study analyzed the responses of 97 employees, where the data was collected using the questionnaire, as well as based on structural modelling and statistical analysis using smart pls 3, the study concluded that confirmed and proved the validity of the two research assumptions, and that there is an effective relationship between the application of social responsibility to structural and customer capital and the realization of organizational innovation, but the study did not confirm the hypothesis of applying social responsibility to human capital to promote organizational innovation.
