The importance of the paper is to clarify and highlight the changes in Turkish foreign policy after the Justice and Development Party took power in Turkey in 2002.

It is well known that Turkey and the Cold War played a functional role in favor of the Western camp and the end of the Cold War.

After the disintegration of the Soviet Union to open up new areas of historical historical and cultural heritage in an attempt to re-produce Ottoman influence and reorienting its policy towards the Arab world, especially with the countries of the Middle East and the new methods and tools Promoted to the pursuit of the performance of a regional role and central embodied and reflected visions and perceptions and ideas of both Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Abdullah Gul, with Ahmet Davutoglu in the Justice and Development Party for the new phase of a new direction.
