The study aims to provide an understanding of the correlative relationship between Corporatism and the continuation of the pattern of state in the African continent, it also deals with the corporate mechanism that contributes to the survival of the neo-patrimonialism state in Africa, on the grounds that one of the main obstacles to the development of societies and the state in Africa, as well as hinder the process of democratization, and the building of the modern state, is the use of African neo-patrimonialism state strategies and mechanisms of corporatism to continue and stay, given the fact that the state in Africa has been distinguished since independence as a corporate-pattern country, where it controls all joints of life, We find that the military and religious groups and elite groups and the nerve, are all mobilized for the survival of the political system and state-based pattern.
