Abstract EN

This research deals with the commercial role of Iraq with the south east states of Asia and China through the positive income for conveying Al-Khilafato Iraq and building Baghdad with its distinguishing place and its civilized society.

And what follows of procedures which have been done by the Abbasid state for protection the sea road from Mosal to the East through Arab Gulf and Indian Ocean which contribute not only in flourishing trade but also in holding good relationships with the government of those countries ,which were commercial relations.

The truthfulness of this flourishing has been found in the goods and trades in Arabian markets like Iraqi markets and calling Iraq ( Al-Shaq Al-Aqsa) belongs to the third century before Christ .

The China resources describe the (----water) by the important and hot water for his commercial activities, and Arab resources ensure this relation and mention that the ships of India and China which were carried with different kind of eastern trades arrived near (Al-Hira) by Euphrates riverwhere Baghdad in Abbasid Islamic Arab State Era had become the centre for World trade and the prices which were determined by Baghdad were the common prices in other foreign markets.

The Abbasid commercial embassies with the East country(China and India) were arrived at advanced level at Al-Mansoor and Al-Rasheed era.

The Abbasid Caliphs pay much carefulness to establishing diplomatic relations with east states like China at the time of (Tang Generation).Abbasid, also, care with the sea roads and how to protect the merchants and trade.This encouraged the Arab seamen to continue in their knowledgeable trips to the east country.

Abbasids built their towns and watching towers on the platforms for the security of merchants and trade to east country.

The Abbasids procedures which served the trade had been varied to contain informal tax which imposed upon goods so they established al-Dawaween which are related to ships and trade
