Abstract EN

The current study focused on the concept of gender that transcends the gap between the public and the private.

Women usually reduce the value of their public work because of the family, or vice versa, neglecting the family due to public work.

In other words, creating a balance between the private that stems from the woman's role in the family and the public that stems from her role in the production of the commodity or in society.

The introduction of the term as a tool to analyze relationships and roles has more merit than the phrase (women and development) sometimes used.

It is an expression that does not focus on women as a closed group, but rather focuses on the relationships, roles and needs of both women and men, and the participation of both parties to achieve the required changes, on top of which is achieving development.

The study started from a question by a chief that there are specific gaps between women and men as reflected in the indicators of investments, industries and various activities according to available data on these activities in the governorate of Qaliubiya? What is the nature of the roles that may hinder women from achieving development in light of gender culture? The study used the poll by using the social survey method in the sample through the use of a questionnaire newspaper that was applied to a sample of (300) singles.

The newspaper also included questionnaire (23).

The study also started to use the comparative approach to read the gender differences in different business sectors and the extent to which these differences represent gender culture in Egyptian society.

The most important results of the study were the necessity for the development of women in its comprehensive concept to become the prevailing and accepted logic, especially in societies that seek to achieve the maximum possible level of comprehensive balanced growth.

It targets its intellectual, human and physical capabilities, as well as its physical and social existence.

Greater interest in women, whether at the international, regional or local levels, which is reflected in the activities and literature of the United Nations and its subsidiary institutions, which are activities and literature that have made improving the position of women in the world a goal for them, which was reflected at the local level in many mechanisms such as interest in establishing Women and human rights councils.
