The grammarians used the grammatical interpretation as a tool to reconcile the grammatical rules and the texts stated in contravention of these rules.

This research attempted to determine the interpretation by deletion and its effect in directing abnormal readings in the book of Al-Muhtaseb for Ibn Jinni, by electing examples of his interpretation of some of the readings, and included an interpretation by deleting the nominal, the predicate, the direct object, the preposition, or the additive.
