In this research, I have applied the general rules of the insurance contract in a new form, namely, insurance on professional players against the risk of sports injuries.

I have tackled in detail the element of danger, as it is the subject matter of this contract.

Thus, I explained what is meant by sports injuries and what is covered by insurance.

Moreover, the availability of legal controls for the insured risk in the insurance contract has been handled in accordance with its general theory, showing the contracting parties and their obligations.

After that, I have tackled the application of this type of insurance to combat sports as one of the Olympic sports practiced in Egypt by a large number of athletes.
