com يهدف البحث إلى توضيح كيفية تصوير الشعراء الإنجليز ملكات مصر القديمة في أشعارهم في القرن التاسع عشر و تقييم هذه الصورة في ذلك الوقت و تقويمها.
ويستند هذا البحث إلى المنهج المقارن الذي يعنى بالمقارنة بين الصورة "موضوع الدراسة" و أصلها ثم نقدها و بيان ما فيها من صواب و خطأ.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: رصد الشعراء في قصائدهم حياة حتشبسوت و كليوباترا رصدا دقيقا.
راوح الشعراء بين الوصف الحسي والوصف المعنوي في رسم شخصية حتشبسوت و كليوباترا و هو ما أضفي على القصائد جمالا خاصا من حيث اللفظ و المعنى.

Abstract EN
The present study aims to illustrate, assess, and evaluate how the English poets depicted the ancient Egyptian queens in the nineteenth century.
It adopts the comparative approach that compares the examined image to its origin, criticizes it, and illustrates the right and wrong aspects.
The study concludes that poets depicted the lives of Hatshepsut and Cleopatra accurately.
Moreover, poets employed concrete and descriptions of Hatshepsut and Cleopatra.
Consequently, they could add beauty to the poems in terms of words (expression) meanings.
