Abstract: The study aims at finding out about the nature of human soul, that it is a spiritual body contradicts to the physical body, and that the difference between soul and spirit is in attributes not in origin.And that the soul is of one type but it is named considering attributes as assured soul, blaming soul and the bad deeds soul.
The research dealt with a number of jurisprudence judgments that take into account the conditions of the soul such as greed, jealousy ,the love of its guides, and depending on its work and stinging with what it is not satisfied to take.
The research indicated the fruit of dispute in issues on the nature of the soul.
