Jurisprudence rules are among the Shari’a colleges that are needed when new developments take place, and these rules have different types and topics, The most prominent are the rules of balancing interests and corruption, which are directly related to many of the effects of the new Coronavirus pandemic, and this research aims to illustrate the role of these rules in this pandemic in two parts: One of them dealt with the theoretical study of these rules by stating their meanings, controls, provisions and evidence.

The second is to address the applied study on a number of the effects of the emerging "coronavirus" pandemic.

The study concluded that it is necessary to combine the collection of interests with the payment of corruption, and if they can't be combined, the strongest ones must be weighted.

And if the strongest can't be weighted, one of them will be chosen if he has to, and if he doesn't have to, he has to stop.
