Abstract EN

This research discusses the Judgment of spacing in prayer rows for fear of infection Covid-19 in which I aim at: 1- knowing the Islamic judgment in the issue of spacing in prayer rows for fearing of infection.

I depend on the methodology used in jurisprudential researches, which summed up as follows: 1- Collecting the trusted scientific data from its sources with differentiating between what is transferred by text and by meaning.

2- Explaining issues upon which there is a consensus and those upon which there is a disagreement.

3- Documenting Hadith and judging them The results are: 1-Close contacting is reason of infection, and doesn't transmit unless by God willing.

2- Rows must be leveled and stacking according to Islamic proof, and desirable according to scholars.

3-Proponderant opinion of person prayer behind the row is incorrect unless there is a reason, according to Ibn Taymiah.

4- No one forbid praying between mosque pillars, and no undesirability if need.

5- Contemporaneous scholars differ in judgment of spacing in rows because fearing of infection on statement of three due to their opinion by Qiyas.

The correct is that the prayer is correct and no allow spacing more than need.

6- Casualty of (Covid-19) not allowed to attending prayers.

7-Congregational prayer is obligatory for a person who is alone in his home and his mosque and neighbors doing safety precautions, and he has good health.
