Abstract EN

The Quarantine has become an urgent demand at the national, regional and international levels to combat The Covid-19 virus outbreak, and the spread of the virus pandemic that started in China at the end of 2019 and spread to all parts of the world during the year 2020.

It is not known exactly when and how it is going to end.

This research has targeted the doctrinal authentication of the subject of quarantine in the time of the Covid-19 virus epidemic from the universality of the message of Islam, and the principles of comparative jurisprudence.

This comes as an attempt to link the concept of Quarantine to the scientific principles which currently form the mainstream knowledge in the preventive medicine and epidemiology.

This research has been divided into an introduction that includes the problem of the study, its hypotheses and questions, together with the importance of the study, its objectives, the reasons for its selection, and its methodology.

As well as previous studies are also discussed.

This is followed by the research plan that was implemented during the research process in the form of a preamble and three research sections, in addition to the conclusion.

The paper has revealed important results and based on these results some suggestions recommendations were given.

The added value of this research paper is its targeting the Quarantine as an urgent issue from the Jurisprudence and its fundamentals perspective.

This will encourage the researchers to pay attention to the study of the public health issues from Islamic perspective.
