Abstract EN

Hospitals, pharmaceutical companies and medical laboratories are scrambling for conducting scientific trials on Corona Virus (COVID-19) infected persons to get a curing drug or vaccine for this killing Virus.

Hence, this jurisprudential study comes to explain the concept of scientific studies, their importance, legality and the statement of the judgment on carrying of scientific trials on COVID-19 –infected persons, and to also explain the Sharia (Islamic Law) measures that should be there for passing these trials.

Because of the nature of this study, I used the inductive comparative methodology between the various jurisprudential opinions.

Conclusion: The study concluded that scientific trials can be carried on Coronainfected persons on specific conditions and measures which their details are mentioned in this study.
