Abstract EN

This research aims to highlight an aspect of Sharia rule related to the actions of the Imam, in which the evidence does not appear to be conclusive in Sharia, which gives Islamic jurisprudence the flexibility required for the ruling.

This research also aims to show the compliance of the Sharia with modern matters.

In this research, I have attempted to collect some medical procedures and health precautions, which the Imam ordered in order to confront this epidemic, then analyze it jurisprudentially, supported by evidence and texts from the Qur’an and Sunnah and the sayings of scholars in order to clarify the Sharia rulings taken by the Saudi state towards this epidemic.

I have concluded that the imam must act with the legal policy required to guard this religion and to properly manage the affairs of the people in a manner that preserves their religion and worldly affai.
