The establishment of Muslims in non-Muslim country, resulting in the transaction issues and signed them, because most of these issues not contained in the rule legitimate text about them, did not respond for jurists old opinion therein, and the need to apply the rules of Fiqh them, to show the impact of the application of these rules where and whether they have changed the original sentence to what is a license to raise critical for these Muslims, this research, which deals with the application of one of these rules, a statement to the effect that some of the transactions incident to the Muslims in the country's non-Muslims.
