Abstract EN

The study of asylum in Sudan between data and problems - an analytical study to find out about this through (data and problems) for that asylum, whether it is formal or informal.

The study also used a number of methods of collecting information related to the study, such as observation and indirect personal interviews.

The study used several approaches, including the comprehensive geographic reality approach, the spatial analysis approach, and the inductive and inductive approaches as agreed in international studies.

The study reached a number of results indicating that there is Intertwined problems that are difficult to separate from each other and whose indicators seem to be a circular link in a set of threatening effects to Sudan at the economic level that appeared through the impact on the balance of payments represented in financial transfers to their countries and social through social integration and the emergence of cultural alienation and parallel societies to the Sudanese and security society through Sleeper cells to neighboring countries by the presence of asylum By using the open-door policy by the government of Sudan, the study concluded with a number of recommendations that would address the existing conditions regarding the existence of asylum in Sudan, including the activation of the controlling laws related to the foreign presence in the country and the monitoring of political borders in order to prevent foreign infiltration into the country and the renewal of the form and residence of refugees with extended residence every Four years without taking into account the previous residence period, for fear of the social integration of refugees in Sudan and preserving the rights of future generations.
