Abstract EN

The study aimed to measure and know the opinions and views of the Syrian community residing in Turkey about their satisfaction with the quality of hotel services provided to them in Turkish hotels.

The study found that the general satisfaction of Syrian customers with the quality of the hotel service provided to them in Turkish hotels reached ( 4 ٬ ,) meaning high satisfaction, as it was found through the study that the greatest importance for Syrian guests was the cleanliness of rooms and public places, as it ranked first for clients.

The reception staff's style of dealing came second, while Khatmeh fitness, gyms, entertainment service and swimming pool ranked last, and the study recommended the need to pay attention to the satisfaction of inmates in general and the Syrians in a subtle way, as they constitute the largest number among the communities residing on Turkish territory .
