Abstract EN

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to diagnose the statistical relations between the quality of working life as an independent variable and Knowledge Inertia as a variable, In universities and scientific departments from the point of view of teaching staff at In the Privet universities of the Shatt al-Arab and Iraq, for the purpose of revealing the prevailing reality and trying to compare it with Western and Arab universities in particular, and identify the most important factors and requirements for the advancement of the required scientific level.

Research design: The research included descriptive exploratory situation where data were collected about the quality of working life variable and Knowledge Inertia of a sample of teaching staff at Privet universities of the Shatt al-Arab and Iraq, which are ( ) teachers.

The researchers used a variety of statistical tools to analyze and process data according to the program (SPSS).

These data were collected through the questionnaire prepared for this purpose, in addition to the interviews conducted with the sample of the research in the Privet universities.

Results: The results of the statistical analysis showed that the research hypotheses achieved the existence of relationships of influence between the variables of research.

The variable of quality of working life revealed positive variables among the permanent and temporary teachers, Indicating that there are opportunities for growth through environmental encouragement for research, seminars and conferences to enhance their skills and adherence to principles The educational institution to achieve the positive role of the quality of the life of educational work to generate the ability to face the threats of the emergence of Knowledge Inertia, the research presented a set of recommendations based on the results that resulted, including the new integration of the training with others Rat to take advantage of specialized committees and involving them in order to enhance the ability of specialized committees for them, such as promotions and the like.
