The concept of developing the industrial environment is determined by the level of natural and human potentials, and by determining the type and size of the development qualifications available in the study area, with explanation of spatial distribution and its industrial economic importance and how to invest towards achieving industrial development within economically backward regions, and through achieving the optimal and efficient use of the available developmental potentials, and contribute to the development of the economic and social structure for the purpose of achieving balanced environmental development within the economic and geographic region in Al- Najaf City.
