Research TitlePraise be to Allah, and Peace and blessings be upon the ""Prophet Muhammad"" and his family and companions: This research is summarized as it is looking at an important issue related to our Islamic civilization, which is the question of drawing up a civilized plan according to an integrated project for the advancement of our Islamic civilization, which is the Islamic civilization project.

It is a project that we claim that if everyone agrees to formulate it and finds support from the people, rulers and ruled, it will have good results for the benefit of the Islamic people and the whole world.

In this research, we have highlighted the concept of (Islamic civilization project) and the role of material and moral means in achieving it.
