This research facilitates the parsing of grammatical sentence within mathematical rules and equations.

The parsing teaching curriculum is divided into two stages: First stage is to follow the method of grammar by defining the name and its marks and types, the verb and its marks and types, the semi-sentence and its types, and other grammatical terms.

The second stage is to set mathematical equations in order to facilitate the parsing of sentence.

This is the subject of our research, which is new and divided into two sections: Firstis the equations of parsing of nominal sentence by grade and the second is the equation for parsing the verbal sentence according to the arrangement and movements.

In the first section, I explained that the rank is the one that defines the parsing and each word has a rank compared to the other in the sentence.

The introductory rank is the subject of a Sequential (Nominal) Sentence, and definite noun is the first rank followed by the indefinite noun, and then semi-sentence.

If a copier is found, it determines the position of the rank and it's parsing by nominative and accusative.

Ten equations were set for the basic nominal sentence according to delay, deletion, exclusion and increases: Mathematical equations in the verbal sentence parsing and divided into two parts.

First part includes the original order of equations that inspired by the usual arrangement of the Arand they are two equations represent the key to all equations and parsing such as equations of the original transitive and intransitive verb.

The second section includes eleven equations, which are derived from the original equations.

Finally, these are not all the equations, but the most important ones that open to the student beyond.
