Abstract EN

The study is aimed identifying the relationship between Psychological Empowerment and Creative Teaching Skills for the teachers in Wadi Al-Dawaser Governorate.

The sample of the study consisted of (113) teachers and the researcher used Psychological empowerment scale and Creative Teaching Skills scale as a tool for analysis.

The results have shown that there is a positive correlation between Psychological empowerment and Creative Teaching skills, there are no statistically significant differences between the average of the teachers' degrees in Psychological Empowerment and Creative Teaching Skills due to the Place of Residence factor, there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the teachers' degrees in creative teaching skills due to the experience factor and there are statistically significant differences between the teachers with various experience in Psychological Empowerment for teachers with high experience.

These results enabled the researcher to present a set of recommendations
