The study was to identify the level of teacher perceived organizational support in the public secondary schools in Buraydah, as well as identifying the level of Work engagement and to find out if there was a statistically significant correlation between the level of perceived organizational support and the level of Work engagement for teachers.

The study also aimed at detecting the significant differences between the average responses of teachers on their evaluation of the level of perceived organizational support in their schools and their level of Work engagement due to differences in the variables of gender.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach in its both the survey and the correlative methods.

The researcher used the modified Mady scale (2014), which was developed by him to measure the level of the perceived organizational support which consisted of four dimensions of organizational justice, leadership behavior to support employees, involvement in decision making, support the self-esteem of the employees.

The researcher adopted the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufel & Bakeer 2003) to determine the level of Work engagement of teachers with its dimensions: enthusiasm, sincerity, devotion and engagement.

The study tool was applied on 1994 teachers of the study population with only 346 valid copies of the questionnaire as study sample equaling representing only (16.1% ) of the total study population.

The main results of the study were as follows: he level of the perceived organizational support for secondary schools in Buraydah at the level of teachers collectively and individually showed a medium degree with the dimensions order as follows: leadership behavior to support employees, involvement in decision making, organizational justice and support the self-esteem of the employees.

The level of Work engagement showed high degree with the order of dimensions as follows: sincerity, devotion, involvement and enthusiasm.

The study showed that there was a medium positive covariant correlation at (0.01) between the level of the perceived organizational support and the level of Work engagement of the teachers.

The study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of teachers on their evaluation of the level of perceived organizational support due to gender and qualification differences.

The study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of teachers on their evaluation of their level of Work engagement due to gender differences in the dimensions of enthusiasm and involvement.

While there were statistically significant differences between the averages of teachers responses on their evaluation of their level of job engagement due to the difference in gender in the dimension of loyalty and devotion The researcher recommended the formation of an independent team work group in each educational directorate to measure the level of Work engagement of teachers periodically to ensure that the schools enjoy perceived organizational support.

Finding a clear path for teachers providing programs that aim at training school leaders to improve organizational support for teachers in school practices as well as the development of additional programs for teachers allowing them to complete post graduate studies with offering an attractive working environment characterized by organizational justice as well with securing school needs.
